Shreedhar sir Mr K.D. Shreedhar is the founder and managing partner of THE LEGALIS, Legal Services, Himachal Pradesh. He is in active practice, spanning over four decades . He expertises and has a demonstrated history of working primarily in the areas of constitutional matters, service matters , contractual and commercial matters . He offers advice on a range of work and enjoys a formidable reputation as a Practicing lawyer and has represented various corporations, private companies, educational institutes and government departments like Pollutionsl Control Board, NHPC, NTPC , GMR, Wipro , NHAI . He has also worked in technical aspects of matters related to Public Corporations such as National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVNL) , Punjab National Bank and renowned promoters in real estate like Omaxe Pvt Ltd and ATS Estate Private LTD.

Mr. Aman Parth anchors the Civil law practice of the firm.
